The long tailed tit is an adorable little bird that travels in small family groups. Often you will hear a family group before you see it! It has a pinkish and black appearance on its back with a lighter white under body. They also have a distinct double blackish head stripe. They feed on insects and tend to favour scrubland and wooded areas.
